So, I've been using it 11 days and I fluctuate between losing (1)and(5)lbs. I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly. Did you use one or two capsules.

Waste of money, fad

I don't know if I'd call it a waste of money. I have been able to stop taking high blood pressure medicine. There are nutritional benefits as well. Our American way of life is causing us to fall short in meeting our nutritional needs. I need to hear from people who've actually used it please.

Its great to hear about your results Newbe..keep it up. I have been taking Zija for right at 8 weeks and have lost 20lbs and keeping it off (thats the key) gained energy to keep up with my kid, have not had to take allergy meds all summer, achy knees and back have not bothered me, have been able to sleep much better and have also lowered my blood pressure. The key is giving the body what it needs. NUTRITION. I understand the skeptical comments, because I used to make them. But now I am a believer in the product. If anyone is interested, I have trial packs for sale that include 4 Zija sachet mixes, a pack of 4 XM3 capsules (for energy boosts and weight management) and 2 tea bags (weight managemant and sleep aid) at $20. This way you can see what the product is about without fulling buying in. However, like anything else, you may not have significant results in 4 days. Let me know.
For those who are serious, I will help anyway I can.

Let me try some for free and I'll give an honest assessment as to the results - Why spend $20 to try an unproven , product ,(may not work in 4 days), instead of my foolproof plan - Keep your $20 bucks in your pocket , coffee for breakfast , no lunch , sandwich for supper , walk around the mall for a few rounds , and , if you're lucky , you'll sleep good and still have your money - And no long term contracts - I'm sure there are some folks around that took a financial soaking from L.A. Weight Loss that disappeared with a lot of money and left some owing on a credit card with nothing to show except a bad feeling and indigestion - Not trying to burst your bubble , but don't you think we have enough of these "programs" out there ??- My system is absolutely free and "may not work in 4 days" -
in every crowd theres one

why give it to you for free? it's working for sjm and a lot of other people. is it the nutrition or a placebo effect? does it matter? the person has lost weight and feels better. I do know a business man in town that is also taking it and it has changed his health and attitude for the better also and he wasn't the nicest person to be around before so maybe there is something to it. reading your posts sounds like it wouldn't hurt you to spend the 20$.

It seems that many folks are focusing on the weight loss part of Zija. One can lose much body fat, but the amazing part of Zija is in the nutritional benefits. There was a comment on just eating better. True, one can eat better, but the fact remains that the nutritional value of the food chain today has been drastically reduced. Zija offers over 90 verifiable nutrients of which are 100% absorbable. To each his own, but this product is for everyone; perhaps the marketing is not. I encourage each to do their own research before getting involved with any product, this is no different. Everyone have a great day.

Why is it that everyone that uses Zija is also trying the hard sale on you for $99 a month. No thanks. I will wait for proven studies before I invest in a fad diet. Is this the next Amway?

I'm not against natural/alternative health care by any stretch. I'm a firm believer in using modern and traditional health care together whenever it's safe and useful to do so. I am against people screwing around with this stuff without proper knowledge, making medical claims when they are not medical professonals.

Thanks for the encouragement and useful feedback! There is nothing to lose in trying this product since there is a money back guarantee, or I wouldn't be using it. Besides, I've seen results. I am just anxious to see more! I'm surprised at the number of people that comment in a judgemental fashion and are so adament that THEY know the answers to all the health/weight issues that concern others. Why dog people for trying something they want to try? No one is forcing others to try it. One thing does not work for all people. Assuming so, shows ignorance. There are MANY factors to consider in every situation. If others do not like the product or the ideas behind the product, they should go to a different thread to comment.

Am I hearing right , money back garrandangtee ??- And , just how many refunds have you made ??- It's not forcing anyone into anything - It's called coersion - You're quoting straight from a pyramid structure pamphlet - Quote , Try it , you'll like it , your refund check's in the mail (minus a processing fee), and why not send out a list of satisfied customers ??- What , can't do that ??-Caveat Emptor , and A fool and his money are soon parted - BTW , did you ever sell grave sites or water purifiers or pre-need burial protection ??- Same story line -
