That's crazy. I think that the jail and court system here are just out for everyones money. Do they not realize how much more of the tax payers money will be waisted. I'm sorry but who in their right mind wants to stay in a jail that is freezing cold;leaks water; has mold and servise beans three times a week.

Yes that would be unbalanced justice. I don't know for sure.. but i believe he had recieved 15 years on other charges.. not the cell phone.

Yeah, remember a few years ago, a guy in Nancy named Mark killed another guy named Junior. He served 6 months in County and is out on 5 years probation. Where's the justice in that?

well the crap part about this deal is that they gave him 5 years on 3 different charges to run consecutive. Any other convict they would have ordered the charges to run concurrent, they just had it out for him because they never could get him on the other things they know he has done so they gave him three 5 yr consecutive sentences.

When someone is looking at 20 years they will roll. People you think would never roll will roll when looking at enough time. I am talking in general and not about the people that have been listed in this topic. People have there own spouse or parent roll on them when looking at enough time.

Or they could just not be a dumbass and sell drugs, steal cars, break into people's houses and other various stupid crap that would get them arrested. Growing up is hard for everyone, some choose to be stupid and others choose to better themselves. Having money has nothing to do with it. I didn't have any money and I have never spent the first night in jail. Why, because I am not a dumbass.
