They are a joke...they bow down to the companies they staff for. Temporary services have destroyed this country. If they need workers, let them hire straight into the company rather than taking money out of workers wallets through a middle man.

Temporary services fill a very real need. They staff positions that allow people to work when they otherwise would not and get a foot in the door. I know many people who started with a company as a temp and subsequently were hired full time by the company. Of course you have to prove yourself to be a good worker.

Temporary services make it "APPEAR" that they are filling a need. If the company really needs these positions filled, they will hire straight in, maybe not those the temp service would send them but someone so the number of jobs would be to same. You make it sound as if temp services create jobs when in reality they don't, the market does. However, if the temp services were taken out of the equation, workers who would otherwise be working for a temp service would be working for the company and making company wages. Temp services should be outlawed. Bottom line, companies use temp services for the following reasons: to shirk the responsibility of hiring on the temp company, to place the burden of worker's comp insurance off on the temp service and to avoid the requirement of health insurance etc.

All I gotta say is OSHA and factories. They go great together with Malones Staffing stirring the pot.

This company is a complete joke.

MMAN- Completly correct!! Using Temp services are nothing more than a companies way of avoiding benifits, ect!

I went to school and got my college degree while being a stay at home mom. They wouldn't hire me because 'lack of job history'. Doesn't going to school and obtaining a degree show commitment and responsibility, hence a high probability of a good worker? Apparently a person with a GED and a little work experience is going to be a better employee in their eyes.

I also agree with MMAN 100%!!!

Thanks for backing me up on this one. I start to wonder sometimes if anyone in the Somerset area has any backbone to tell these companies around here just what they do and are. They are such that they will nickle and dime you to death. There are way to many followers who will bow down to companies and not enough people to stand up and say we ain't gonna work unless we get decent wages/benefits.
