Is there anyone out there who DOESN'T know at least one person who "get's a check" without legitimate cause? I think everyone, at least everyone in Ky, knows at least one person who is cheating the system.
Now, did you know that if you know someone who is cheating(also known as fraud), then you are also guilty of a crime? By not reporting someone you know is committing a crime like fraud(or any other crime), you are guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment?
If you have the guts to complain, you should have the guts to help. I turned in a friend of 30 years for doing the same thing, and I am proud that I was American enough to do it. You all want to thank our soldiers for defending their country. Does the "enemy" not also exist inside the country? What is the difference in some terrorist or thief who steals either our peace of mind or our property?? These people are stealing our money, our future well being, and our robbing our families of the same.
If you saw someone stealing your parent's money or car you would stop them, but if it's the "government's", then its OK???? Stand up for yourself by standing up for the law, which is the same as our country, because without law, a country is just a bunch of neighbors!!!
would you turn in my sisterin law? ive turned her in 3 times already to no avail

the healthcare system are a legion of thieves, ripping off people evry hour. so im sure we all may have a bill or two unpaid. what about identity theft which i myself have been a victim of.those bills i did not pay. because of a thief ,my credit was ruined if that makes me a thief then i guess i am guilty

They (SS office in Somerset) allowed him to pay back more than I make in one year of work.
YES, it payes to know high people, makes you wonder if these people who help out aren't just as bad.
I will NEVER vote in Pulaski county again.
i know a friend who is on stamps. her husband works pt. time. he has to turn in his ck.stubs .the local office lost one of his check stubs before they were processed and 2 months later their stamps were suspended for a year and he was forced to pay back, first they said the amount was 1300 dollars ,and he got a lawyer. and then they said they had miscalculated and it was only 360dollars. and his lawyer told him it would be easier for him to pay that amount than to argue it in court so he did.

There is nothing wrong with someone on disability if they truly need it. However, some 75% of Americans falsify claims in order to get it. I know of one turkey in Somerset who works out sometimes twice a day 6 days a week and is 100% disabled. He is involved in other sport activities and claims to be mentally healthy--so how does he get a check--its fraud and the workin man is paying for it.
Yea I know wht you mean. Well that is going to change also. Whoever these idiots are that approve all of this free stuff if they find out it is free due to fraud. Like false statements and they have not researched it thoroughly they will not only be fined but dismissed. just wait.

I tried Hal for help but found him useless. I had my acceptance letter from the law judge long before Hal told me anything. I agree about the lawyer. I recommend Elizabeth Broyles. She had my case won within 3 weeks, prep and court.

Elizabeth Broyles was my attorney too. She is professional, courteous and will get your case moving forward quickly. I don't know what I'd have done without her. I contacted her after I got my first letter of denial. Please call them if you need help! There is no fee up front, so if they take your case at all, then that means she fully intends to win it for you. Even the staff is on the ball. Unlike some attorneys who want you to do all the leg work, her office goes above and beyond to help you. Believe me when I tell you that they took care of my case from start to finish. She saved me from falling through the cracks of the system. SSI doesn't' give a damn whether you get your settlement or not, they don't care if you live or die, but she does. I owe her a tremendous amount of respect and gratitude. I will be grateful to her and her staff till the day I die.
