i went there over the weekend and was going to wash my floormats but the machine took my 1.50 and the water never would come on.i went to another bay and it wouldnt work. That place is a sorry place to go,when they run your car through there is spots missed and the mexicans just take their rags and rub the dirt into the paint and when they clean the windows on the inside they streak them.i would rather take my car to pauls and run it through the prep lane you get alot better job and its less money.

G.C is the best palce to take cars, I am very particular about my car and Grand Central is the only place I will take it. Don't talk crap because a machine took your money, if no one lets the buisness know there is a problem with the machines, then it won't get fixed. I get my car washed at least once a week, more often if needed and that's the only place I'll take it. Also if you see a problem with the drying of the car or the windows, point it out and they will fix it. I had the problem once or twice and after I pointed it out I haven't had that problem since.

That is where I take my car to. They are very friendly. My car is always spotless. Plus it's the cheapest around.

i have watched them before pull a car around to the back because the car wash broke a radio antenna and they were trying to rig it back into place i used to be able to go and spray my floor mats off for .50 cents but now you have to put 2.00 in just to get it started.

I paid for the Luxury Wash + Armor ALL for a total of $27.00. When the mexicans were cleaning my leather, they used mean green... NOT A GOOD THING ON LEATHER. 2nd, they didn't clean the bugs off the front of the car, the cashier said that the machine that sprays the formula to remove it is broken and they never fixed it. They hit and missed spots all over the front of my car. They didn't clean behind the door handles of the car, they never did get the leather clean,I had to come home and clean it myself, they didn't clean below the headlights at all, bugs and dirt from the road were covered on the fog lights and lower trim, and to BEAT IT ALL, the owner "David Brummett" was called after the cashier agreed the car was filthy.... he arrived glanced in my car, called it trash when it came through ... wait... i am at a car wash? Told me to get the hell out of his business. WOW. Mr. Brummet sure knows how to keep his customers happy! My family & friends have already refused to go back there after the way I was treated.... BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I have never heard a mean or rude comment from anyone in that family. I only know the family from talking to them while getting my car washed, the "cashier lady" is a sweet lady, she is the owner's mother in law. The owner or his father in law are always outside (mostly his father in law), the father in law's name is shelby he is a sweet man that I have nothing but respect for, he served out country and deserves a littl respect.
You can't expect to get a perfect wash everytime, it's human error when someone doesn't dry something or clean something by hand, that's why you look at your car before you leave, if there is a legit problem shelby would fix it.
As far as missing antennias, every carwash has warning signs to remove them, even the speedy wash expects you to remove it before you go through, it's common sense and is not the car washes fault.

Have you ever noticed the cars and boats these folks own. Always something real fancy. Also all the pictures on the inside of their vacations. Car washing pays real good - unless, of course, you are a Mexican.
