please do not get Decker wrote:
Keith Decker is the worst person you could ever hire. He will underbid anyone , but expect your home to not be completed, 5 years later it will have a lein on it , and he will try to take you for all you are worth...
I know of several people he has attempeted this to and Now I hear he has backed an old woman into a corner and is trying to take her home her dead husband had to finish because decker walked off from. And the Pulaski County cort system is such a Buddy system with State and county workers Even the judge over looked a binding contract and does frequently in these instances.. That a certain amount completed certain stages in the process and still even completion she still has to pay for work he never done!. The judicial system in Pulaski county is the worst!!! Senior citizens have no rights just because they have limited income....
This is horrible! I don't see how anyone can get away with this. In order to put a lein on a property you have to have a signed contract and all your receipts that you have not been paid for. I worked for an attorney for years and from what I understand a lein will expire within a year if it's not brought to court. The person pursing the lein has to have documented proof, such as unpaid materials, and a signed contract specifying EXACTLY what is to be done, if the job is unfinished you don't have to pay. Who is this woman? I'll be glad to help her.

Have you tried Ronnie Hall? He owns Nature's Properties and Builders. He builds to suit your needs. He does a great job. Never had any complaints and his houses are great.

Do not buy a Hoss Isabel or Blaine Correll house. Their 1 year builder warrenty isnt for Sh**! Ive heard of others after the fact that have experienced saem workmanship and salesmanship.... Cracked foundations, walls, serious water damage due to being built in wet areas.. So On!! And you cant get anything done. Even if its in the buyers contract or wrong with the home the first year!!!!

Marshall Todd build my home in 2000, very happy with the quality of work and the overall outcome. Job was performed under budget, the only negative was not finished on time, couple of months later than promised. But not really his fault, problem with the brick company. Consider him a good honest and dependable person, would use him again if a build another.
. I agree. Marshall Todd builds an excellent home!

Yes they can---and they do!!!
Leagally they can not inform you of a contracters Credit Standing. And frankly if a supplier was going around giving away info like that I would be getting my suppplies elsewhere.

Ok, now that this person has heard about all the contractors, I have a comment that can be taken as advice.

If you want a well built custom home that the contractors do precise work, guarantee their workmanship and every job is a work of art to them.
I suggest you contact the AMISH, they are hard working men that will do the work for a fraction of the cost because they don't try to talk their way into getting the job, but rely on their professionalism of craftmenship and honesty to speak for them.
I had the Amish build a house for me in Ohio and the hand built stairways, fireplaces, cabinets and doors were just a few of the outstanding handcrafted work they did as an added touch.

There is Amish in this area and if they will get the worker's from afar to do detail that you specify such as cabinetry and such.
They do not need fancy things to impress anyone and take pride in their work.

Amish will travel to do the job and you will be very pleased when the house is completed.
Wonderful idea. I am wanting to build a bedroom onto my home and I don't want to spend half my budget on a contractor. I have seen their work before and they do an excellent job. I buy all my oak furniture from them in Liberty.
