In 2012, the conviction rate in the US District Court for Kentucky's Eastern District was 92%. Deputy Molen's indictment is in the Eastern District.

True statement, but it has been allowed to go on for so long I think some people began to think they were untouchable. Rude awakening

How is this guy still on patrol and carrying a gun while out on bail? What other profession do people get such coddling? This insane cop worship needs to end.

From listening to local citizens, the majority are firmly against Molen and share the opinion that he needs to be relieved of duty, at the very least suspended with pay pending the outcome of the trial.

The sheriff will definitely pay for it at the polls next year, if he decides to run again. It would not shock me if he doesn't.

I'd like to see a photo of these "Victims" Injuries.. Surely they were smart enough to take photos for evidence. It's highly unlikely though. Seems like they got caught breaking the law and became butt hurt over it. As for the city police officers I wouldn't trust a word that came from their mouths.. They're thugs that run in packs.
