We researched Sunoco Partners Marketing and Terminal LP records and website and couldn't find any agreement. We even contacted Sonoco and they denied any contact agreement with Continental

I am pretty sure that is who my mom and dad are selling their crude too after their current contract runs out. They made a better offer since they only have to go to Nancy to get it.

Believe it or not there are quite a few places in Kentucky that produce oil and natural gas. So they shouldn't have any problems getting the crude oil. Unfortunately a lot of it isn't the best grade of crude. My mom and dads wells produced 500 gallons a day for a long time. Now its down to around that a month now per well.

Luckily my parents invested in the well more than most people around the area did and they now own the wells outright. So all the oil they produce is theirs. And the natural gas is a by product which is burned off. If I had it to do over I would have built something to make a natural gas line down to our property where we could have installed a generator and made electric for my entire family free.(Instead of it just burning off to keep explosions away).

I think you have to get permits and all that good stuff so at the time I was too young and now I am too old and don't know if it would be worth it. I guess it would be if we could send the excess electricity back out to other homes?

Where are any of the Gasoline stations going to be located at, if anyone knows? Not too many abandoned stations left in town. Two are on East Mount Vernon Street.

The refinery isn't plannin' to open any retail outlets locally - They'll sell to the market ,@ the market price - Being local wont mean anything as far as local prices -
