If you are the father
because of the bias you better get the best you can buy
If you are the mother any old Attorney will do

Go hire melinda gillum, I hired somebody out of the phonebook and she stuck it to me. Next time I get divorced, I'm hiring a real lawyer.

How proud you all must be to use your children as chattel property to get one over on a perceived vindictive ex.

Ask yourself......who will the child benefit from being with?

Answer: BOTH OF YOU.

Dumba#ses. No wonder kids are all f'kd up.

Yes How Proud but what do you do when one of the ex's think that they will keep the child from the other parent. Or only "allow" that parent to see the child certain days of the week or every other weekend. When you have a vindictive ex using your child then it is time to stand up for your rights and get a good lawyer. Joint custody is what most Judges strive for with equal parenting time and guess what no child support. OMG SOME of the so called mothers in this town woudlnt be able to buy thier cigs or pills with no child support

So let the public know what a great job the judges do, when they do this. The more positive feedback from the community, the more likely the courts will continue.

BTW, it isn't just mothers who need those pills.
9 times out of 10 it's the fathers who started mothers on the pills because of their connections.

I don't fault anyone for wanting to "win" their child, but get therapy.

That is the most absurd off the wall crazy bullshit I have ever heard on topix. If there has ever been an out and out lie with no basis in reality that was it.

That little ego maniac is hated by his peers and the judges. You might get thrown in jail for contempt just for having him. I know of a case where it must of been a factor.

Get a blind pregnant chineese hooker with dysentary to represent you instead.

Go with Penny Hines, she may be small but she is mighty. Ate my ex for lunch. She doesn't money you to death. Ralph Gibson is a joke....represented myself and won against him. Go figure.

If you think it's cheaper to RAISE a child, than it is to pay child support, you are SADLY mistaken pal.

One of the dumbest reasons men go after custody is to get out of paying support to the ex wife or baby momma.

My ex now realizes his $350.00 a month and insurance premiums (roughly $84,600.00) he paid in support for our daughter until she turned 18, wasn't jack $h!t compared to what it really cost to raise our child.

I had $84,600.00 invested in her in the first 4 years, with over $388,000.00 until I kicked her a$s out for college. And he made MORE money than me.

He got her whatever day he wanted, as many weekends as he wanted, 1/2 the summer and if we couldn't agree on holiday time we ALL spent it together.

That's right, his girlfriend, my boyfriend (now husband)and our daughter was put before OUR needs and we all managed to get along.

We didn't always like it, but we knew how to behave like adults for a day to get through it.

He HATED the fact that he turned over his precious $$ for me to 'do whatever I wanted' with. But the finished product is much better than if daddy-0 would have tried it. Trust me on that.

Even he's thankful that he was smart enough to see the big picture and not fight for custody. With his money and lawyers he would have won and our daughter would have lost.

I just want people to start thinking about what they are doing to their children for the next how many ever years and stop making made for T.V. Jerry Springer episodes. Is that too much to ask?

And oh yeah......Important strategy.

Stop making babies. Make sure this is your last one. Tie a knot in it, or get it clipped.
