Sweetheart, if you knew it all, you would know that Zija is not a laxative. For some people it doesn't make them go anymore than they did before. It sounds like you are very bitter and trying to ruin the Zija reputation. Zija does work for most people! I am sorry that you were not one of them. Zija doesn't claim to be a cure all; however, many people are seeing HUGE results! As far as putting stuff in your body, it is full of antioxidants that cleanses toxins from your liver. You are probably the same person who sits at home taking xanax and smoking cigarettes and then trying to tell people that you don't take Zija because you think it might be bad for you. Seriously? Sorry, not trying to attack you, but your name cracks me up. Educate yourself doll. Get a life too and 21,085 posts since September... and you actually include that like you are proud... get a job! Zija would be a great way for you to make money too. Oh wait, probably not a great way for you to make money.. people have to like you before they join your team. Find something else to try and be negative about. Your making yourself look bad.

to the person saying the Zija people never say you can stop your meds?? b/s I know 2 people that's been doin it from the start,a couple years and one actually said my friend could take his kid off seizure [spelling] meds,,and it would cure him..also hear it would cure kidney disease,,and dang near anything else,,total b/s..snake oil..step up feel better..
The person who told your friend this has NOT been trained properly and it is a shame! Zija is a Nutritional supplement and is not intended to Diagnose, Prevent, Treat or Cure any illness or disease. In time some people will see significant health results, my mom no longer has gout and has the blood work to prove it to 1st her doctor then anyone else who wants to know. It can and does help people over time because it is giving your body nutrition it needs and can no longer get in our food chain. I hate there are distributors out there lying to people. Do research on anything is always a Great Rule.

I took zija as directed for 5 weeks and it made me sick. I have seen it work miracles in other people's lives but it made my adrenals go crazy, made me extremely tired and rather than having a cleansing effect, I became constipated. While taking zija I felt like I was thrust into a fight or flight mode for 8 hours straight and I did not loose a single pound. It's not going to work for everyone, so please, do not get your hopes up. And know that the "100% money back" is only on purchase price and they charge a 15% "restocking fee" for any order after your first order. So, like I said, I started having a hard time on it around week 3 1/2, I was told to push through but it got unbearable and by the time I decided enough is enough, it was too late to get a full refund of the nearly $300 spent in 6 weeks. If I could advise anyone, I would say to get the samples for 4-5 weeks to see if you are going to have a reaction because it honestly felt like the negative effects got worse with time, like it was storing it up and finally my body couldn't take it. I found this testimony while researching negative effects. http://zijahealthrisksalert.blogspot.com/

#1 Zija products HAVE been tested, ask the folks at John Hopkins.
#2 FDA will not approve anything that cannot be patented, you cannot patent a plant.
#3 Zija is NOT a medicine, it is a dietary supplement.
#4 People are responsible for their well being. No one can trust what is the fad of the moment. It is your body, you control what goes in it...THINK.
As Herman said, not every thing works for every one. Don't blame a product if someone has bad reactions, look at the number of medicaines that the FDA has approved that get recalled and cause devistating harm to people!!! Do you home work before putting ANYTHING, Zija or Coronas in your mouth!!!
On the contrary, Zija could patent the seed of the moringa plant if they altered it in any way. I suppose you have never heard of roundup ready corn seed, patented by monsanto. Zija could call it roundman ready

Zija is great for those wanting to make $$$....off their family and friends ! I'd rather give them $30 bucks and tell them to leave me alone. No it is not FDA approved and NO they do not know what the longterm effects will be. I personally, don't want to be one of those that find out years down the road, that this overpriced product caused me more serious issues. FYI....Apples (Malus domestica)....Their seeds are mildly poisonous, containing a small amount of amygdalin, a cyanogenic glycoside. The quantity contained is usually not enough to be dangerous to humans, but it is possible to ingest enough seeds to provide a fatal dose.
Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans). Contains myristicin. Myristicin is a naturally occurring insecticide and acaricide with possible neurotoxic effects on neuroblastoma cells.[9] It has psychoactive properties at doses much higher than used in cooking. Raw nutmeg produces anticholinergic-like symptoms, attributed to myristicin and elemicin.[10] The intoxicating effects of myristicin can lead to a physical state somewhere between waking and dreaming; euphoria is reported and nausea is often experienced. Users also report bloodshot eyes and memory disturbances.[11] Myristicin is also known to induce hallucinogenic effects, such as visual distortions. Nutmeg intoxication has an extremely long time before peak is reached, sometimes taking up to seven hours, and effects can be felt for 24 hours, with lingering effects lasting up to 72 hours
Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum). Like many other nightshades, tomato leaves and stems contain atropine and other tropane alkaloids that are toxic if ingested, causing digestive upset and nervous excitement. Use of tomato leaves as a tea (tisane) has been responsible for at least one death. Leaves, stems, and green unripe fruit of the tomato plant also contain small amounts of the poisonous alkaloid tomatine, although levels are generally too small to be dangerous.Ripe tomatoes do not contain any detectable tomatine. Tomato plants can be toxic to dogs if they eat large amounts of the fruit, or chew plant material.
Opium (poppy tears, lachryma papaveris) is the dried latex obtained from the opium poppy (Papaver somniferum). Opium contains up to 12% morphine, an alkaloid, which is frequently processed chemically to produce heroin for the illegal drug trade. The latex also includes codeine and non-narcotic alkaloids such as papaverine, thebaine and noscapine. The traditional method of obtaining the latex is to scratch ("score") the immature seed pods (fruits) by hand; the latex leaks out and dries to a sticky yellowish residue that is later scraped off the fruit. The modern method is to harvest and process mature plants by machine. "Meconium" historically referred to related, weaker preparations made from other parts of the poppy or different species of poppies.
The production of opium itself has basically not changed since ancient times. However, through selective breeding of the Papaver somniferum plant, the content of the phenanthrene alkaloids morphine, codeine, and to a lesser extent thebaine, has been greatly increased. In modern times, much of the thebaine, which often serves as the raw material for the synthesis for hydrocodone, hydromorphone, and other semi-synthetic opiates, originates from extracting Papaver orientale or Papaver bracteatum.
How was all this discovered ..... over time and through intense STUDIES !

It is too bad that your friend CHOSE to go off his medications and had adverse effects, that IS dangerous! I have attended the meetings for Zija and have talked to the people selling and using the product. I have never been told that it would CURE anything. I have heard people give their testimonies and what it has done for them. I have heard what it has done around the world for different people but never heard that it is a "CURE" for anything. People have to think!!! If you go to a doctor and trust that doctor, why would you disregard what he tells you for what some non medically trained person tells you??? Isn't that asking for trouble? You have to educate your self about a product BEFORE taking it!!!! YOU are responsible for what you put in your body!!! I am a registered nurse, I read everything I could find on Zija and talked to everyone I could before trying it. I can say that I feel better, I sleep better, my thoughts are clearer, I am very satisfied with the product. It is not a product that is just for weight loss, they do have weight loss formulas and tell you up front about who should not take them and the interactions with medications. As far as a pyramid scheme, remember the the old saying, if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. There is NO get rich quick magic trick you have to work for what you get. Why would you trust a person making a living off of signing people up to make money???? People have to think and use the sense they were born with!!!!
You must be a distributor of zija. and that is ok. But look in alternative medication and moringa plant is used to kill worms and parasites. Which if you had alot of worms should make you feel better.

I drink Zija and I personally love it! Some of you are correct as well, in other towns people have never heard of it! It makes me feel better when I drink it on on a daily basis and works great in many ways for me! However, due to family conflict, family being the zija experts, me being the outcasted inlaw lol, I have discovered you can order zija online from amazon....with no worry of "scamming" for those who just don't want to deal with a distributor or auto ship! Sad part, my husband is a distributor but he doesn't know much about the business end for taxes and all that! it is not a scam at all, he never even mentioned it to me, his family did! Anyway, I love it myself, would even become a distributor if I knew a lil more of the business side.... and if you don't want to deal with a person to person you can order it from a distributor on amazon and they don't bother you! Comes straight to your door! It is better to have the personal relationship but hey, different strokes for different folks!

I started Zija back in May 2011 and i lost 23 pounds. Good product, but there is a red alert! I recently had blood work done and my kidney function had decreased nine points. The only thing i was taking was Zija. I spoke with my Dr. and he stated that if your taking a lot of ani-inflamitory it will have a great risk on your kidneys and Zija has a few of them in the product. So if your taking Zija...get your blood work first and then keep an eye on it as you take it. I had to come off of it. Again great product, just not for everybody and they may want to check out further studies on the effect it has on kidney function.
