for me whole milk works wonders since I'm lactose intolerant.:)

Half a dozen pieces of sugar free chocolate candy is guaranteed to clean you out. Anything with sugar alcohols in it will work.

also; try to get more fiber in diet.
"FIBER SURE" is tasteless and can be put right on the food you are eatting. even french-fries-fruit-ect. you really can not taste it and get more fiber than any other product. between the ACTIVIA YOGURT and FIBER SURE you will be back to normal and stay there.
just my 2 cents; info--that really works.
well I can't poop either ibtried everything. Milk hot water nothing

Milk only works if you're lactose intolerant.

I eat a hand full of sugar free chocolate candy when I get blocked up. It has sugar alcohol in it and is guaranteed to empty you out. Repeatedly, and for several hours!

Anything from Taco Bell. Make sure you order it to go unless you live very close to the restaurant. It is not wise to gamble on that.

I'm a naughty cheese lover, I handle it fine in small doses but I tend to get carried away and end up eating waaay too much and getting constipated bad. I will do a number of things:

1. Drink lots of water, literally 5x as much as you would normally. I will drink two gallons over the course of a day if I am badly constipated. It pushes the gas out and it moves through the colon to keep everything moving, also a full hydrated stool is what you are hoping for.

2. Raw Organic Apple cider vinegar - mix about a shot glass worth with a full glass of water and down it.

3. Psyllum Husks (or metamcil)- take a big teaspoon with a glass of water before bed.

Those are my big 3 -- others include

4. Coffee - I drink this anyways, but caffeine stimulates the bowels

5. Prunes - I hear prune juice works better, I just eat the fruit.

6. Apples & Bananas - same idea s prunes, soluable fiber.

7. Salad - spinach & broccolli specifically move me, always follow with lots of water.

8. Cottage Cheese / Yogurt / Probiotics - anything to increase the acidophillus and baccilophilus (sp?) in your gut.

9. Stretch, particularly forward folds (toe touches) and rocking back and forth on your back with the knees pulled ot the chest (massages intestines) move the bowels.

10. Walk / Run - moving the blood stimulates intestines, but particularly something with a little impact.. cross trainers / stairsteppers lose in the contipation battle.(this should be high up the list)

11. Stool Softener
