Get you a big bottle of apple juice, the "real" 100% natural kind that is sold next to the orange juice in the cooler section at Wal-Mart. Drink the whole thing, or as close to the whole thing as you can, and believe me, you'll be going at both ends like there's no tomorrow!!!

Miralax. Over the counter. A tasteless powder you mix with a little water. Or Milk of Magnesium.

senacot-s (is not habit forming), greens, apple juice and have also found if you can eat yogurt-get the "DANNON ACTIVIA" eat it every day (as suggested) to maintaine digestive(bowels) system. know several people on meds. and swears by it. can't hurt.

No,I'm trying to get their bowels to move. Milk of Magnesium is the "Mother's Gentle Laxative." It's supposed to make you go without the cramps.

also; try to get more fiber in diet.
"FIBER SURE" is tasteless and can be put right on the food you are eatting. even french-fries-fruit-ect. you really can not taste it and get more fiber than any other product. between the ACTIVIA YOGURT and FIBER SURE you will be back to normal and stay there.
just my 2 cents; info--that really works.

Milk of Magnesia is good if you use it the right way. Mix 30ml of it in a full glass of water or juice.

If OTC things don't work, you probably should see a Dr about it. If you are that constipated and OTC meds and home remedies don't work you might have something wrong. My dad lived on laxitives for about a month before he finally went to the Dr and found out he had colon cancer. Just sayin.

The Shrimp Diablo from El Charro's always seems to do the trick too. That sh!t is great, until it hits you 15 minutes later, on the way home!
I've also gotta agree with the poster above me, go get a sack of sliders!
