I used to live at Fry Estates a couple years back, but they were a bit expensive at the time... I can imagine they're even more expensive now! Hehe. Anybody know of an apartment complex that is as good quality as FE, but cheaper? Or renting a house or townhouse or something? Need 2 BR. Thanks yall!

You might try Somerset Village Apartments off of Monticello Streeet behind Office Depot. It is an older complex and most of the tenents are older folks, but the area is safe and convenient. The tenents are friendly and the rents are very affordable. Water/Waste/Sewage is included and they do take your income into consideration. Even then, a single bedroom apartment is only around $256/month and are quite nice.

Oh yeah, there is also a Somerset Police Officer that is a tenent there and provides after hours security at the manager's request if needed.
