It's not sold because Richard blocked the original deal! And why would anybody want it now without Richard?

They won't when they find out how well Richard is doing in organizing for a NEW funeral home. And, isn't it strange how well LCFH did the past three years with MR. Garner off the Board, But when he returns to the board just 90 days ago, that the funeral home was up for sale, Richard got fired, and his son and other people walked out. Conflicts of interest run amuk there too, just saying, insurance contracts by Board Member, rental for caskets bldg. by Board Member, attorney being stockholder, just saying.......

Why is everyone giving Mr.New all of the credit what about the rest if the employs that work there.I think the older Mr.New served maybe 2 yrs.as a board member if that.They vote every year on new board members

Should the employees that got fired get any credit for how successful the LCFH? or do the 5 or 6 thats left not count?

there wasn't a stockholders meeting to vote mr new out, only the stockholders that were in mr garners camp and they controled the large number of shares by vote. a major head hunt is under way by the group to destroy mr new because he didnt let the big sale go thru. it's a shame that a handful of shareholders are so blinded by one person to destroy such a great funeral home and attempt to destroy so many other peoples life.

what did this hand full of shareholders gain? if the board members are such sharpe business leaders then why didn't they have mr new under a contract?
the board was forced to fire mr new and others because the garner group wanted control. i don't trust that group at all and i smell a rat behind all this. do you feel this situation was handle correctly at all? regardless if there was issues with mr new and other employees, this was handled very badly!!

i'd guess several of these post are coming from current employees of lcfh that have been ordered to keep the negative comments going and have been given a title. regardless of what ever is going on, lcfh is a damaged business and they need to go deal with this behind closed doors.

See the Garner Group easily had control of the funeral home. They myswell change the Name of it to Garner Funeral Home. All These stockholders are Garner Related and make up the majoirity of the stockholders Flossie.

Before the funeral ever opened different people was asked to buy stock and they very well could have done so and with the names you just gave me which I don't know I don't think one Garner has as much control over these people as you might think
