So let me see if I have this straight. You want us to "vote out" of office some nameless county official who according to you doesn't favor of growing something that is illegal to grow in the United States. Awesome!

I get the impression that you don't understand that unless the federal government lifts it's ban on growing industrial hemp (IH), all the ranting and raving on the local or state level is just hot air. If you really want to make a difference, contact your three representatives in Washington, if you can figure out who they are that is. And let me give you a hint, one of them just introduced a bill in the US Senate that would make it legal to grow IH. They are the ones who will ultimately vote yea or nay on the issue, not some nameless county official.

I believe you should go do some research yourself on just why hemp was outlawed in the first place and it had nothing what so ever to do with marijuana the "street drug".

How does a pot grower know he's planting mj seeds instead of hemp seeds? What if he plants hemp seeds and grows it and harvests it as mj, not knowing any difference? Can he then pass the hemp off as mj?

Wait, he can't plant hemp seeds because it is illegal to plant them in the U.S. Where would he get hemp seeds?
