I think are hiring illegals, too cheap, all hispanic employees. Why do you think they all work in such low pay job for when they could make more money somewhere else if there were legal? They aren't, that's why they all work at night doing janitorial work so they won't get caught.

Under bidding jobs is wrong, you put all the other jobs lowing there fees and them hiring illegal immigrants too. Then when a legal cleaning company comes to bid it is higher as the company looking for a cleaning service will think it is too much because the average was lower. The gov't needs to regulate these cleaning companies because they cannot be monitored during the late hours these companies operate.

Companies like these are hurting US businesses everywhere trying to follow the rules when you have companies hiring only cheap illegal immigrant labor doing their work and fooling the customer. Bidding should be on the work not under bidding so low that it is questionable but then customers are also to blame because they probably know they are getting labor so cheap they say nothing either. California needs to regulate the janitorial licenses by making a new law, anybody can start a cleaning business without a photo id and that is wrong. California should regulate cleaning companies specifically because they cannot be trusted.

Excellant company with high wages, Executive Janitorial provides health and dental insurance. The company provides all supplies and vehicle for all of us. You must pass the full background test. Alot of dishonest companies taking advantage of employees in San Luis Obispo, Not this company.

Exective Janitorial, is a joke. this business needs to be eliminated. Nothing but bad work. All employees are illegals cleaning very poorly. B.B.B. needs to know about this co. so they can shut it down.

Executive Janitorial does not take the work seriously is mainly trash & dash. Seeing a woman about 8 months pregrant doing cleaning after you call about prior employees missing too many things they send us this employee, she couldn't even get on her hands and knees and also has no health insurance. Who's going to pay for this employee to have a child in this country if she is working for Executive Janitorial? I kinda understand competition now it is obivous.

Not pleased with Executive Janitorial; made a complaint and what did they do they sent a pregnant woman almost 8 months where she could not get on her hands and knees to do the work. You call Maric Shagle the owner and she tells you she is going to have the complaints covered does not happen after several phone calls. This is trash & dash service and I cannot believe the employees are getting a good wage and health insurance, they have no option to get another job with their questionable legal papers. Sure the empolyees are nice but look at how low they took the job to convince us to hire them and they simply run right through here and gone in a flash.

You sound like Marcia Slagle from Executive Janitorial saying how good your company is. Not.

Executive Janitorial stinks. Who wants a cheap no good nothing lousy underpaid employee cleaning company in there office. Not me.

They apparently have a system that brings in illegal immigrants from Mexico only, as Marcia only hires Mexicans and pays them nickels & dimes labor. Second, Executive Janitorial doesn't pay health insurance, not at dirt wages, the employees don't make enough to pay copays or their deductibles. They are getting no benefits but social medicine on taxpayer dollars.
