What was this stupid kid thinking? What kind of parents produce a kid like this? Oh I almost forgot this is the "its not my fault" late term abortion culture. How could this young woman see any distinction without any moral compass. She mearly did what has already been moraly justified by this culture. The inocent always suffer from the stupid desisions of those of us that should have responsibility for their wellfare even the little 18 year old girls and their daughters.

Perhaps it is partly a reaction/interaction with culture, but any decision with this magnitude of tragedy is also situational, psychological, physiological, and 1,000 other things. We don't know what caused this girl to do this. We just know what happened and how we feel about it. Instead of blaming her parents/society, could we do something proactive in our own communities/lives to try to build a better society?

I wish people would stop blaming her parents. We all raise our children to be good productive members of society, no one raises thier child thinking that someday they are going to kill. Did O.J Simpsons parents raise him thinking that someday they would be watching thier son on T. V eluding police after two people were dead?
I believe this girl was troubled and will need a lot of help. However as an expecting woman mysself and also as someone that works at an Alternative High School and sees lots of teens deal with pregnancy I can I do believe that she knew what she was doin and planned to get rid of the baby. If you can hid pregnancy for nine months and then give birth for the first time, by yourself with no pain medicine my god you have to be thinking. She knew what she was doing and should spend the rest of her life in prison.
