Sales tax approval has Cedar Rapids officials studying streets

I hope the city have requirements in their paving contracts that are to be meet for smooth streets. The street from Ellis Rd to the bridge was replace after the flood and apparently the lowest bid was accepted without any quality requirement. You can see and feel the wavy pavement. I think this should be unacceptable for the people of Cedar Rapids.
