This daycare was a beautiful facility designed and built for children. On the surface it appeared to be a high quality child care center, but when you read the inspection report, you find that this beautiful building housed a very low quality child care program. When looking for child care, parents need to look at the things that might not be obvious at first glance.
To help parents find high quality child care, Child Care Resource & Referral of Southeast Iowa has a free booklet titled, Choosing Quality Child Care, which is available at http://www.iowaccrr.org/resources/files/Paren...
