Cedar tops historic Sutliff Bridge
Downstream from Cedar Rapids, the Cedar River was flowing over historic Sutliff Bridge, inundating houses along the river and threatening nearby Baxa's Sutliff Bar and Grill.

The 2 remaining spans are to be inspected. If they are sound it is hopeful they will be saved. The Bridge Authority is seeking donations. Possibly a footbridge would be built out to the spans. Sutliff is such a special place.
