Myabe if the hotels would eliminate the two night minimum stay for weekend guests you would get more folks coming to Monterey County.

Spent a week in Monterey last summer. You can't go anywhere without paying for parking which kept us away from the Wharf and many downtown businesses. Had two handicapped individuals with wheelchairs and disabled plates on their cars, still no free parking for them and were forced to leave the handicaped unloading space for parking for the Aquarium to make room for busses. Very hard to get around with disabled visitors to your area. Will go elsewhere next summer.

Daily Horoscope for January 3

Taurus

The steadier you are now, the better: this is not the time to throw caution to the wind and be exceptionally attentive to details. If anything, labour the point and you'll find in a few days' time that you are really glad you did. Friends will be able to give your morale a big boost at the moment, if you're in need of support. Team relationships and efforts work tremendously well at the moment. Why fly solo if you don't need to?
