Kronozz Los Gatos, CA	#1 Apr 11, 2011 The following coment is ver true. Yungsters are damaging the hispanic criteria when they aré participating in such gang activities. It is very obviouso they do not have a decent education when most of them are raisen with no parenting ! Most of these people they do not know the image of a father who teach them values so why the Law wants to control them when they do not even care at the begininig providing manners and basic formal activities that provides them with moral characters. Many of them have great Intelligence so why not providing formal education such as military school ?
