Some of us never got a dime out of the money Jack invested for us and now we will never see our original money at all. Jack went broke because he spent everyone's money for his own pleasures. Money was his drug and he couldn't get enough of it and he couldn't stop spending it and he couldn't stop talking people into investing their money with him. When the people that had invested with him wanted some of their own money for something, Jack would try and talk them out of it and tell them their money was doing too good with him and convince them they would be better off to take out a loan with the bank. Greed controlled Jack Brown.

whoa there soddy boy...take a jump down off of the white horse you are on..jack's great defender are you??? jack went broke because of his lies..you don't promise what you can't back up..sounds like you feel sorry for the crook. He was the greedy one. why don't you go take a look at these people that are hurting because of what he did and see if they lived the way he and his family did...see if they flaunted and and boasted all over town what they had. these "greedy investors" you are scolding here are the ones who gave jack brown what he was boasting about. their sweat and their had work gave it to him. i have know jack brown for many years and personally never seen him break a sweat. LAZY to the bone comes to my mind...had to sue everybody and thier brother to get out of his single wide!!! so not every one thinks so highly of your hero. hope i didn't burst your bubble soddy boy, you must have been in georgia way too long. get back into the real world.

The fact that Jack came from nothing and that he knows what it's like to have nothing makes it even worse that he could leave so many with nothing and not give them a second thought.

GREEDY INVESTER- What is a greedy Invester , is it someone who is consumed with greed that nothing else matters but the mighty dollar or is it someone's friend or brother in Christ that believes in a trusted and loved friend that he would trust him with all he had and to take care of his family when he passes? I once thought I knew the answer to this question, but now I don't, does anyone?

that is the pity of all of this, being consumed with greed and what that greed has costs so many that trusted him. i believe greed in considered one of the seven deadly sins and it may have cost jack his life. It certainly cost many of our friends and neighbors ALL they had. too bad jack was so consumed that he had to get more and more off the backs of so many. if anyone out there knows the real truth and not rumors about if there really have been arrests made, please post on this forum. this is a place where we really need to hear from the ones that have been in contact with the authorities and have lost money in this scam...i personally have not lost money because of standing back and watching the snake work. observing him in the church house selling his bill of goods, heard with my own ears the telling of his lies and being a fairly good judge of character, of which he has none. he nor his wife and son. always trying to buy his son what he couldn't get on his own. so if any of you now the truth please post here on this site. i know what happened just not the legal part, if arrests have been made.

I just hope that running his and his families name in the ground was really worth those fancy houses, trips, and everything else he has acquired over the years. When your on top there is only one way to go and that's back down!

RED if you have lost money with jack , then why is it your concern or right to gripe . I had no money invested with him so I lost nothing . I'm not real sure how much the family had to do with his investments . If your parents were making money hand over fist , you might ask how but I'm sure you would still take the financial offerings .

I personally think that his illness was a direct result of his actions and the investers are screwed but there is some other people that are screwed to... the employees that worked for him for many years are without a job and without income as well and yes he is not gonna be around much longer but his son and grand kids (witch I knows with out a shadow of a doubt had no ideal that this was going on) are gonna have to deal with this for the rest of their lives and can never regain their reputation.... and the employees of his companies who are not a part of the investments will always have to deal with all this and had nothing to do with the quote unquote ponzi scheme but the public will always look at it like they where and they will never have the same reputation again ether

Fact 1- I have a few friends who have been scammed in this scheme, this I know for sure. I was once approached by Brother Jack, but common sense prevailed and I stayed away, but at the time I still wanted to believe in him.

Fact 2- I have a good friend, who is now sick and is in need of money. Her husband had a business and worked hard every day of his life. He passed away a few months ago. When he died he went knowing his trusted friend and bookkeeper would take care of his wife. She didn't now anything about his investments. All she knew was what her husband told her "Don't worry you can trust Jack he will take care of everything", he did, now with close to a million dollars gone all she has is some IOU'S and her 700 dollar a month Social Security check! This story has been the one that has upset me the most, but I know many more.

I know of a family that invested close to $500,000 and they also never took out a dime and now will be living off of just social security after working hard every day of their life.

FACT: Jack is under house arrest. Janet, Jason & his wife were arrested as well and posted bail immediately. They all knew and were all in on it.

FACT: When the whole truth comes out, everyone will be blown away at the amount Jack embezzled from innocent people over the years.

FACT: Jack knows he may not have long and the family has enough money hidden so they and their loved ones will always be taken care of.

Jack went broke because he stole everyone's money and lived high on the hog. Janet has chandeliers worth over 30 thousand dollars in her house...or rather the investor's house. Like someone said, they went on expensive vacations, built that big party house, had all kinds of toys...campers, boats, horses, tractors...on and on. I said all the time that they could not be making that kind of money at that tax office. But I do not believe Jason knew what his dad was doing. Jack handled the investment money...Jason was not licensed to sell those investments. But the truth will soon come out
