Involuntary-Bankruptcy

Petition by a sufficient number of creditors, claiming a debtor has committed an Act of Bankruptcy or is not paying debts on time, asking a bankruptcy court to distribute assets to pay obligations, also called a creditor's petition. An involuntary bankruptcy petition can be filed by as few as one creditor; but if the debtor has 12 or more creditors, signatures of at least three creditors are needed. Creditors can file petitions under any chapter of the code: a Chapter 7 Liquidation of the debtor's assets, a Reorganization under Chapter 11, or a Chapter 13 repayment plan. Creditors' petitions are allowed against any business or individual except nonprofit organizations and farmers. Once a petition has been accepted by the court, it is handled as if it were a Voluntary Bankruptcy filed by the debtor.

So blatant yet some still report positively. The fact is this - he got caught. Let it go & stop carrying his flag. I would suppose those "some" didn't lose anything.

To Wondering the bankruptcy website is pacer.gov In order to view the documents you will need to pay for each document viewed which I think is .10 per page. You have to set up an account. He file on 11/9/12

There are some things in this world where I can understand the premise or logic. Kind of. For the life of me I will never, ever be able to make sense out if this, and I had no money there. So much trust yet no care whatsoever in the name of blatant, unadulterated, & sickening Greed. A small community & their life savings-gone, whatever the amount. Those people have worked their entire lives for that money. And what of the churches? I'm no Christian...but those people giving over the years-gone. Save your pity. Most I assume are Christian. Let your God be the judge.

And the karmic wheel turns. Has it ever been so obvious as to how it strikes?

Just checked the State of Tennessee web site and found that "Brown's Tax Service,Inc has an "Initial filing on 2/27/2012". Which means prior to that date "not incorporated in State of Tennessee" as that name. I guess with failing health, someone thought this to be "protection", since a coporation is considered as an entity.
