KFOX reports that the city of El Paso is looking into a new plan to lure more people to live downtown by introducing a parking permit program. I say bollocks to this and if we want more people to come, we need to be creative and spice things up. Prostitution is illegal on the ground but what about up in the sky? It follows the same logic of riverboat casinos in areas where gambling is banned. All we need is a plane, pilot, stewardess and a few ladies of the evening to get started. This can bring in a lot of revenue for the city and allow people to join the mile high club at the same time. It's win-win.

It really isn't a bad idea but I'd doubt you can get if off the ground, no pun intended. Many broads in this town already turn tricks on the side if they're strippers or dancers so they don't need to pay for the jet fuel also as it would cut into their profits.
Great Idea

That's a lovely idea. I hope that City Council takes it up.
