Avalos is the Mayor's way of controlling police in socorro. He is corrupt and a druggie.

OMG. Just look at City Council, City Manager, and the police who protect them and hide their crimes. Soto is a fool. He helps the mayor and council rip off the city and uses avalos to keep the the police from reporting them. Hey Mayor Lopez, how many of the donated bicycles did your grandkids win in the raffle? All of them!!!! Wow. Maybe you should play the lottery.

Just like they did to Juarez last week! That would be perfect! 295 officers passed and 80 failed. The 80 were fired. That's what they sould do here to the Socorro Police. I know there are a lot of cocaine users in Socorro Police. That might explain the way they function.
