King James Burgess of the Kingdom of Social Circle:
Land grabbing of Newton County land is for tax money only! Not for the protection of Social Circle. Just as you are allowing your police force to Play Highway Police on Interstate 20. Just to collect tax fines. King James, why not try a TOLL to drive threw Social Circle. Develop your own city and county assets. Try having a joint (open)meeting and discussion with your neighbor Newton County on concerns and potential areas of concern of your citizens. Cooperation Please! Not back door dealings.
