I've been to Lindbergh's grave and it is unconscionable that the world's first media superstar is being neglected by his native state. Thanks Governor Pawlenty!

First off, I had the chance to go there as a kid, and really enjoyed it, fueled my love for aviation to the present. Secondly, Bush ran this country into the ground on the Federal level, now Pawlenty is doing it on the state level........ Wake up people! The Republican party is out for one thing ONLY......... The RICH!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah and Gov. Beady Eyes is really keeping your taxes down. Check out your property tax bill in about six months.

I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not but in any case Lindbergh is still a controversial figure.

Yes he was a hero who was the first to fly solo across the Atlantic ocean. But he was also a Nazi sympathizer who believed that an elite should rule countries.

William Shirer in his memoirs wrote that he just couldn't understand Lindberg because Lindeberg was an honest, modest, courageous man and yet he had the strangest political views for someone so personally modest and kind.

Can we agree that this is a "want" and not even close to a "need"? We need to remember that there is a difference!

He also fathered two extramarital families in Germany. Great guy.

Not to mention the illegitimate kids he fathered with his German mistress. A "Secular Saint," indeed.

In that case, the Bush family should pony up the bucks to keep this place open. Sounds just like grandpa Prescott Bush.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Taurus

It's important that you leave yourself plenty of room to manouvres during the weeks ahead, as Mercury turns retro today, especially when it comes to making decisions and airing your opinions to the world. You need to be as flexible as possible right now, otherwise you could find that you've boxed yourself into a corner and have to do some serious back-tracking. You need to consider all points of view and not just your own.
