What an incrdible off season we have had here in the high country. The month has been a veritible gold mine of ice age discoveries. The first bones unearthed at the Ziegler pond site were mammoths and mastodons. To date 7 diffferent species have risen fron the depths. revealing a plethora of fossil evidence that the high country post ice age was populated by giants.
