Monday night my son inlaw and I were assaulted in front of the Silvertree lobby. I was thrown to the street several times but my son inlaw spent a night in the hospital with broken facal bones and we lost half our ski vacation. The worst is that my daughter, wife and 10 year old grandson were deeply effected by the event. The intoxicated 21 year old who attacked us was arrested and the police and Timberline staff were wonderful. But here's the 'real rip'... what if this guy finds the same lawyer and gets Judge Boyd like the perp. from this past summer. Will Judge Boyd give him an award since we were only tourist?
