Hi. My parents have a lot in section 3 of Show Low Pines. I am trying to determine the water rights or if the have access to the wells in the area. If anyone has info - I would really appreciate it.
You will need to either drill your owner well or haul it in. I have been told the new store at the front of Stanford drive sells it

I can't beleive that Slp info would take the time to answer questions that the people like Miss Suzie should have enough sense to answer themselves by being smart and knowledgable enough to know to always, always check with the county on all property questions. You have more patience that the average bear slp info from tempe, az my hat's off to you. No wonder there is so much problems out in that area with citizens moving in there like the ones here on this site....goodness!!

I am trying to research and find as much info as possible on Show Low Pines, Arizona (Apache County). My aging Mom owns 4 lots there (Unit 10 - various lots). Her taxes on each piece of property has near tripled this year. We are trying to find out what is happening in the area that is making the property value go up so much.
We have not been there for many years and have little knowledge of the area now.
Can anyone help me out? I have done several yahoo and google searches but can not find an area map for Show Low Pines (Only for Show Low).
Have seen some blogs but they give little info and seem to conflict in knowledge. Last we were there it had little anything around there, sounds like the area is growing and becoming more popular???
Thanks to anyone who can help me learn more and research the area for my Mom.
I have 1.1 acres in Show Low Pines unit 6. The town is growing up fast. The airport is expanding, as well as business East of town.
There is a counrty store now at the entrance on Stanford rd. I just put my parcel on craigslist for $7500.00 I have power on the edge of the property which adds value. I'm not sure if your parcels have power? Values are coming back. Brett C21

For a map go to the Apache county assessors office web site.. From there you can get a map. Know your parcel number and unit.

And you think it is worth that because? I've never laughed so hard in my life!!!$7500 is that a joke?

You might be able to give it away. Parcels near yours are being sold for $10 back taxes.

You could not even get that for a NICE lot, and these lots, pardon me are crap. I sold a very nice lot 2 acres in planned community with paved streets, water, power and sewer for $3500, and you think you will get $7500. OH BOY!!! Did you smoke pot when you are younger?
With nice houses going for $80 a square and you can not build for less than $100. Think about it.

The area is very depressed and if you believe new businesses are moving into the area, I have a bridge to sell you. And only people that don't know the area will buy a lot for $7500, nice try guy but there are knowledgeable, clean headed as in not drugged up and honest people who are laughing at you. Must be why the lot is still for sale. HMMMMMMM

I was just up to the lot my folks own in section 3 of Show Low Pines. I agree there isn't much going on up there - however I did see soe new activity. Someone has done some improvemnts on the roads by Burns/Alaska (Apache Co 8109 and 8055) The last time I was there 8055 was very much overgrown and not much of a road. It has been cleared and cinders put down. Looks much nicer. Some people have moved in close to the lot my folks own. Hopefully they will keep things nice and not let things go like some of the residents have on 8050.

Why don't you do as advised in several posts and contact the county website. It's easy and you won't be bothering other people by doing it yourself. Go talk to the county, call them, they can give you a lot of information
