Ok, does anyone know why she came up with this fabricated story? I'm from Ripley and have heard several diff. stories on why this account occurred. I'm just curious, because personally I wouldn't come up with a lie of being raped and put it out there for everyone to know. Ripley is a small town and not too many things go un-talked about...and what "physical evidence" are we talkin about? Condom with someone other that her husbands DNA? Sounds like a desperate plea for attention to me. Just sayin....

This is one reason REAL victims of rape are taken so lightly. She used REAL crime facts to her advantage & with the attorney she has, she'll probably get off with NO PUNISHMENT (and I don't feel reimbursement for costs any punishment). Hospitalization is just a way to sugar coat the crime. It's people like her & her attorney that give Ripley a bad reputation -
