Repeat drunk driver gets 366-day jail sentence
SNOW HILL --A Baltimore man will serve a year and one day in jail, a decision handed down in Worcester County for his fifth set of charges related to driving while intoxicated.

Just revoke his driving privileges. he will never step in a courtroom again. Why is it that people drive drunk, but you never see them drunk on a bike?

You don't see drunks on bikes because drunks drive on suspended licenses.
