The husband will be arrested for this, IMHO.

The police are hush hush and don't seem overly concerned about a perp out there killing people.

The fact that she was found in bed with the covers pulled up points to someone that was familiar with her. Plus, no evidence is noted that indicates a break in, except for the open basement door.

Further, where is this husband? The latest article says that he didn't want to comment so as to not throw off the investigation.

Hubbie did it. Next.....

Sad thing, my wife worked with her and said that she was an outstanding person.

"The husband will be arrested for this, IMHO."

People who know her husband, that thought would have never cross their minds. As a Leader in a mosque and as a good friend, he is an outstanding person all around.

I would also like to take this opportunity and tell Salim to keep your head up. Hang in there, sooner or later the justice will be serve. May God give you strength and courage in these dark times.

We are with you!!

Perhaps he is the greatest of people but something is just not adding up.

The police have discounted the theory that there is a murderous burglar out there....that tells me all I need to know.

At this point the police have discounted nothing. The AJC weekend update has the department spokesperson saying that they are not even sure it is a homicide at all.

Although I knew yasmeen through her professional affiliations, my family lives in a similar community within a mile of this crime scene. It is daunting that the police will say absolutely nothing about this case. The news is filled with murders and suicides that have remained in the forefront of our news, and information regarding family and spousal ties have been well publicized in all of these cases. Public speculation into home invasion, workers, kenya connections etc., have been all over the front pages, yet in this case they will not even confirm that it is a homicide. There are a group of community members in the Snellville area who are talking about holding a news conference to discuss their comeplet discourse over the lack of information being released to the community.

I do agree that no matter how wonderful or outstanding a spouse may be, it does not mean he or she is above murder.

Please keep us posted on the possible news conference. As a resident of BW I too find the lack of info unsettling.

It is easy to sit in the comfort of your own home and say the husband did it! Please think before you judge people that you don't even know!
The man's life will never be the same. He lost his wife, his best friend and soul mate. Please give him a break and instead of judging
people that you don't even know pray for God to give them the strength to go on with their lives.

As a neighbor we really need to hear from the police or spokeperson that we are safe or not.
Can we let our kids outside? Walk to the pool? play tennis? It's very frightening!

Well I am hearing alot of about the this and the family has suffered a horrible loss. However there alot of thing that does not add up about the husband. I happen to know both of them and I was shocked to hear that the husband is being looked at. However the fact are not adding up here at all. The police don't just start looking into work cell phone records and work computer data unless is something odd.

I was HORRIFIED when I read the above post, I was with her daughter hours before she found her mother dead, and she was at a camp where she was a counselor for children.

how dare you, if you dont know.

I agree - has anyone heard anything at all?? It is so weird ... all this time and no word at all.
Hopefully, the authorities are making progress.

This is an absolute shame for justice. No details, no new information, no justice.

The media uses this as a means to shock and entertain. They only care about one thing: ratings. The distinction between news and entertainment has crossed a scary line. With the attention spans of little children, people will soon be engrossed by a new plot of murder, sex, and scandal as it unfolds on the 11 o'clock news.

If there is any divine justice in the universe, may it take its course.

I am truly sorry to live in these times.
