A perfect example of how our wonder judicial system works around here. 24th time. The judges should be ashamed for allowing these things to occur. But why not give her probation so she continue to "perform" her civic duties. LOL

People really need to get back to having self esteem in themselves and wanting more out of life than just getting by to get the next fix. Its a sad state of affairs.

"...the woman said she'd like to get out of Allentown to start a new life..."

Mere words. If she was truly serious about it, then she would've done it YEARS ago instead of being busted 33 times. Sure, blame the drugs for your life's choice. She should just save the taxpayers some money and OD on the drugs.

Well, if she's using up to 10 bags of heroin a day and turning tricks, it IS just a matter of time until she "dies in the street." A lot of people say prostitution is a victimless crime, but the sad truth is, many of the women (and men) need the money for their drug habits. And seeing as this IS her 24th conviction, how about some serious jail time?

I'd rather she be blowing guys on the street than robbing my house to support her habit.
