i am currently thinking of holding free classes on how to meditate and a few self-defense moves as well

benefits of meditation: reduced stress levels,better control of emotions like depression,anger and fear. better control of these helps keeps you mentally healthy, there are also way to make it so you are able to focus better and accomplish more,as well as plan things in detail ahead of time.

meditation is for ages 10 to 50 for any body type,gender or belief.
