Say, you being the official inhouse expert on this case, I'd appreciate it if you might post the link to that photo of Cindy Anthony looking adoringly upon the unidentified young gentleman, while George looks away in bitter disdain, taken at one of the vigils.

I'm reposting this snippet for the naysayers of last night to explain how a skull described as "pale", which looked "almost like a large egg shell" turned red by the time the autopsy photos were taken.
If I were arguing the other side of the table, I'd backtrack away from red oak leaves and propose the autopsy photo was taken through "rose colored glasses".
Do you suppose that the skeleton might have been photographed under a light source that might have caused it to look discolored? The "collar" that held the skull in place for the photograph was the same color as the bones but the teeth were white.

Book Description
Publication Date: July 3, 2012
Presumed Guilty exposes shocking, never-before revealed, exclusive information from the trial of the century and the verdict that shocked the nation.
When Caylee Anthony was reported missing in Orlando, Florida, in July 2008, the public spent the next three years following the investigation and the eventual trial of her mother, Casey Anthony. On July 5, 2011, the case that captured headlines worldwide exploded when, against all odds, defense attorney Jose Baez delivered one of the biggest legal upsets in American history: a not-guilty verdict.
In this tell-all, Baez shares secrets the defense knew but has not disclosed to anyone until now and frankly reveals his experiences throughout the entire case—discovering the evidence, meeting Casey Anthony for the first time, being with George and Cindy Anthony day after day, leading defense strategy meetings, and spending weeks in the judge’s chambers.
Presumed Guilty shows how Baez, a struggling, high-school dropout, became one of the nation’s most high-profile defense attorneys through his tireless efforts to seek justice for one of the country’s most vilified murder suspects.

It doesn't.

Is Dr. Garavaglia to be held responsible for the FBI DNA lab testing and subsequent results?

Yes, was it not her office which sent the groundup tibia bone to the FBI for analysis, which resulted in a positive identification and announced accordingly by press conference on December 19, 2008?

The question is why claimed bone marrow was not available, knowing it is the higher standard of methology used in identification of skeletal remains.

Did Dr. Spitz testify the FBI DNA lab is incompetent?
No Dr Spitz simply testified Dr G conducted a shoddy autopsy.

The book hasn't even hit the shelves yet!

If Jose Baez lies, then anyone he slanders or defames would file a civil suit accordingly because his book is published under the umbrella of A TRUE ACCOUNT.

....except for Richard Grund that is, who already proved he's all bark and no bite considering Jeff Ashton's book Imperfect Justice all but flatout painted him as a LIAR already.

Please note what "dry bones" means.
Dr. Jan Garavaglia did a much-anticipated show on TLC tonight:“Dr. G.: Inside The Caylee Anthony Case”. I watched it, as it promised to tell the story from inside the medical examiner’s perspective. The show started by giving all of the background leading up to Caylee’s remains being found, their investigation and then the trial. So at first it went through the 911 calls, Casey’s story, the facts and how none of it lined up. They did include videos of Caylee playing in her baby pool, as well as the infamous ones of her with Cindy in the pool. They went flashing through Casey’s behaviors as well as her bizarre story that didn’t line up. All of that we knew. They included some commentary from Jeff Ashton, as well as Bill Sheaffer.
They went through key points about the smell in the car, the single hair with the deathband, the high levels of chloroform, as well as the determination that there was human decomposition in the car. They laid the ground work to show that Dr. G. enlisted a professional team of experts. It was pointed out that the bones were “dry bones”, so there were no body fluids and no soft tissue at all. Based on their investigation, it was determined that Caylee’s remains were put there in that swamp in the very early stages of decomposition, or prior to any significant decomposition. Dr. G. said there is no doubt that Caylee’s body was placed there very shortly after she was last seen.
The duct tape itself had decomposed to the point that the adhesive was gone, only the fibers were left, which explains why there could be no fingerprints or DNA from the killer (Casey) found on the tape. Not only did it hold her hair matt on her skull after decomposition, but also her jawbone, that would have otherwise fallen off, as well as all of her teeth. Dr. G. explained that baby teeth have no roots, so like the jawbone, they would have fallen away had they not been held in place by not one, not two, but 3 pieces of duct tape. She explained that whatever was on the tape decomposed with the adhesive, though she did explain that there was root growth (from plant life) growing all through the skull, so I’m sure the roots picked up where the duct tape left off, after the adhesive was gone. Dr. G. again pointed out, as she did at trial, that there is absolutely no reason for that duct tape to have been on that child’s face, though she cannot say without a doubt that the duct tape actually killed Caylee, though it had to have been put there for a reason.
Though the toxicology reports couldn’t show any evidence of drugs or chloroform, it can never be ruled out that Caylee was not drugged or that chloroform was not used on Caylee. All evidence of these things decomposed with all of the soft tissue and chloroform in an open environment like that would not have lasted 2 days. Her determination of Caylee’s death being “a homicide by undetermined means” was reached by looking at the whole picture, which is what they always do. She looked at the duct tape, as well as the manner in which the body was disposed of, including where it was disposed of.
They pointed to Casey’s lies and how Jose Baez’ opening statement could not be true, again, because 100% of all drowning cases they had on record showed the parent or caregiver calling 911 in hopes that the child could be revived. There is no reason for a drowning victim to be duct taped up and packaged up and thrown in the woods the way Caylee had been. Mr. Baez’ story just does not line up with the facts. Sadly, the State didn’t bring Dr. G. back to rebut what the ridiculous experts said about what they alleged was a “shoddy autopsy”. I wonder if that would have made a difference? Also, there was no need to open the skull, as they could see right into it.

Nuclear DNA..another unproven junk science..like the FBI hair specialist junk science was rejected..etc,etc..

I give Dr. Spitz track record much more credibility than Dr.G's 31 days homicide cause of death ...in corrupted florida allowing the "Alledge remains" "Evidence" DESTROYED to COVER UP the truth before issuing a fictitious Florida Death Certificate...to Seal the Deal and Bank on [email protected] to boycott Casey Anthony to make sure she is SILENCED in Mason's Home Prison condemne for Life.

This Topix thread will hit the 400k posts shortly...creating more mahem that the defense and prosecution created in 4 years ....all of you posting your allegations, theories, suspicions, perceptions, infatuations and analysis of the 31 days as if you lived those 31 days..based on lies to entertain each other, some paid to distort the truth going as far as stalking whoever contradict that the State had the goods to Convict...a full year after the Not Guilty Verdict...proves my point.

I came to my understanding of the Facts...simply because I had an ACE in my pocket, none of you had. I saw Caylee ALIVE on June 19th 2008...and that's a Fact...

Beleive it or Not ...I could'nt care less.

But it might be a good thing to Think outside your Box and expect the possibility thing are not always what it seems...especialy in Florida courts..You all have a nice day!

Who cares?

I notice you are a new poster and therefore you may not be totally familiar with THE FACT Dr G provided groundup tibia bone to the FBI lab in order for them to positively identify the skeletal remains of Caylee Marie Anthony, because bone marrow was not available.

Ask AN to provide you with the appropriate reference if you weren't following the case back then.

The unanswered question is why would she rely on a lesser reliable method of skeletal identification and outright lie about there being no bone marrow available?

Maybe Jose Baez will write about this is his book, which is to hit the shelf one week from today.
