When people steal from the government, it's called evasion.
When the government steals form people, it's called tax.

. I found him creepy, so much that I left. And no they don't have the best prices either. Not paying your taxes, well that's just plain stupid as well as greedy. There are plenty of other stores to do business with.

That's what it has come to, I don't blame him at all for trying to keep more of his money. Goverment can't even have a balanced budget who are they to correct anyone on money issues.

Meh. Can't say I wouldn't have considered it if I were in his shoes (good thing I don't own my own business, eh?) With all the reckless spending, the blatant corruption, the wrist slapping, and finger waving going on in our government today, it sure would be hard to give these toddlers running our country all that money.

So let's all just not pay our taxes shall we? Since when do we justify cheating, because we would do it ourselves? I'd love to have more money, who wouldn't? Just because our government needs to balance a budget, doesn't excuse us from doing the right thing or didn't your parents raise you to be honest?

Maybe if we'd stop blindly giving them out money they'd get a clue. They can't put all 300 million of us in jail.

GOOD!!! most the patels in this town are embezzeling theives... they treat their employees terribly avoid paying taxes by switching company ownership every 10 years and i've watched them practice other illegal business methods in order to save 50 cents. i think all patel owned businesses including but not limited to hotels and tobacco stores should be audited by the irs.

The problem is the goverment has proven they can not balance the budget for years and will never pay back trillion of dollars we owe. I don't know what you pay in taxes or even if you do, but I am self employed and made 75k last year and the goverment wants 20k in taxes from me. I was raised to be honest, but don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining. I think a lot of us like me have done the right thing for years, but there comes a time when enough is enough. It's time to lower taxes for everyone, and don't even think of raising taxes on anyone. Stop spending if you can't afford something, the goverment can't seemed to follow this plan at all. We all do this in our lives, so stop writing checks that you no you can't afford.

He is not charged with income tax evasion, but sales tax fraud. That is money that was paid to him by you and me for the state goverment. That is approx. 10%.

Bottom line tax evasion or tax fraud is the same thing in my book, the goverment wants their share of the man's money. He just wants to keep more of his own money. Why can't we do like the mega rich and call it capital gains and keep more of our money. And please don't say they make jobs, they don't. Romney pays 14 percent, I pay 28 percent, there is something wrong here.

It is not his money, it is not profit, it is sales tax. By the way, I feel the same on income tax as you.

Look at what we've created. Confuckingress that has no ability to do anything productive anymore these days!!! At least they're not as ignorant as you are. I'd rather hire and work with one than a white trash redneck like you!
