I have never seen such a miscariage of justice in my entire life!!! This was a set up from the get go. It just goes to show how much of a dissaster our legal system is!! When someonecan get away with murder and another can get convicted of a crime when there was none!! These people that did this should be ashamed of themselves!!

I agree. How can one jury toss while the other convicts? Tennessee is draconian.

How was it a set up? A miscariage of justice is a person that gets away with medical abuse to someone and then harms them by actions that was seen by a eye witness. These PEOPLE should not be ashamed of themselves!! They should be proud that they saw the truth and justice was served.

I think after reading the story, I lean towards the top two posters. I think the nanny can't spell, has no clue of the meaning of a miscarriage of justice(can't even spell it)
If the jury was composed of these type people. God help us all.
