Are you passionate about becoming a great basketball player? Do you want to take your game to the next level. If you are a boy or a girl from the ages of 7-20 and want to be the best player you can be then you need to call Coach Todd O'Neal. Coach O'Neal is one of the best teachers of basketball in Tennessee. He is currently a high school coach that has developed one of the best basketball programs in the state of Tennessee. Coach has worked with several NBA players, led college camps, and now has some of the best camps in the mid state area with One Way Sports. The individual sessions last 75-90 minutes and are very intense and focused on developing you game. If you are a guard we will go through a perimeter skills series, if a post we will start you on a post play series. Coach O'Neal has been involved with basketball for over 20 years and would love to work with your son or daughter. Each session is $25 for one student. The maximum per session is 4 players. Coach O'Neal has access to a gym in Smyrna, TN or he will travel to you to work out. You will be responsible for his traveling expenses- gas only. If you are interested please contact Coach O'Neal at todd@onewaysports.net

You must have a lazy child "Basketball Mom". my experience has been nothing but GREAT! Coach O'Neal's workouts are intense, demanding and very informative! If your child wants to play college ball...Coach O'Neal can get them there!...but your child has to work hard!

Mrs. Basketball Mom:

I have worked very hard to help develop players on all levels. Our lessons are designed to challenge and develop the player through a series of drills. It is easy to know the fundamentals of the game, but very hard to perfect. The private lessons have been approved by Coach Don Meyer- legendary college basketball coach, Matt Harpring- Utah Jazz forward, Jack Harpring- legendary high school coach in Georgia, and Mark Farist- High School Coach in Georgia.
I want to be a promise less, deliver more kind of coach. If you tell me your name and address and how much I charged you for all your lessons- I will refund all your money. If you feel you were shorted in any way and these were not the BEST lessons, I will send a check immediately. I do not want to take anything I did not work hard for.

Coach O'Neal has helped develop players with no experience in basketball and had them playing college ball in just two years. He is a coach, plain and simple and is a disciple of Coach Don Meyer, one of the winningest basketball coaches in history. Anyone who says "Don't bother...not worth the money" is simply clueless. Take it from someone who has been there and done that. He is as good as they come!

Coach O'Neal is a great coach and his lessons are the best period. No one does it quite the way Coach does and he has very high expectations for all of his students.

He may know some basketball, but I have seen him in action personally and I would not send my son to him if he were the best coach in Tennessee. He has o integrity and loves scheduling lessor opponents and then drill them without mercy to prove that he can coach. If you care about your son or daughter he would be the last coach I would send my child.

The previous posting is totally a lie. Coach O'Neal is a tremendous teacher of the game and in life. He teaches life lessons to his players on a daily basis. He is one of the best coaches in Tennessee and works individually with many players in the area. He gave countless hours of his time to Lancaster Christian Academy and made them into a championship program, he is well on his way to doing the same thing with his current program. Coach O'Neal is the best- if you want to be the best that you can be than send your son or daughter to him.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Leo

Perhaps it's the fact that it's Christmas Eve and everyone is busy, but you can't help feeling that you're walking on eggshells around certain people. Their emotions are very close to the surface and could erupt at a moment's notice, perhaps in a storm of tears or a fit of pique. Calm them down and ask if you can do anything to help.
