A fire broke out in a Rochester apartment building Monday morning. It happened around 7 a.m. on at 1111 South Plymouth Avenue on the city's southwest side.

Yeah! He's got a great point! Who says that ANYONE can have an accidental house fire, ANYTIME and ANYWHERE! Clearly it's a sign of a terrible terrible city neighborhood! If only RFDSUCKS was here to tell us how awful their fire fighting response was....
