Why was this feral animal on the streets in the first place!? Obviously this is an animal that will never be rehabilitated so why not just execute the savage beast?

No that ain't gonna happen. This is Atlanta GA. A cop once told me that the death penalty will probably never be given out here again.
When Officer Hugo Arrango was gunned down a while back, even his perpetrator (an illegal) didn't get the death penalty (got life).

Ask the black DA why he did not ask for jail time for this murderer rather than releasing him. The DA is incompetent and should be found guilty for not doing his job. The DA and court system are doing such poor jobs the police will not even live in Atlanta, they are being offered a bonus of $1000 if they will move inside the city limits. The DA and the new mayor, Mohammad, are helping Atlanta become another Detroit.

I for one would be in favor of ending Capital punishment in Georgia and NOT because I feel its cruel or wrong ,but because of our justice systems SCAM called the APPEALS PROCESS.
No one could be more deserving of the death sentence than the ANIMAL who murdered this officer .The sad fact is as it stands now the death sentence is no more than feeding time for a bunch of crooked lawyers for about 15 years to be payed for by tax payers with money we don,t have.
Again if the sentenced were executed within say 30 days and hear all the blood sucking lawyers WHINE I,m all for it . If not give them SOB life with no parole and pass the savings on to the victims family . I,m sure their going to need some help.

Yet ANOTHER instance where liberalism is costing us the lives of good, honest, Americans, and for what? Habitually violent crimminals to be jailed, releast, and jailed again for the SAME VIOLENT CRIMES! In the process of this overpriced, corrupt, revolving door of crime innocent people are getting killed! The Death penalty is the ONLY thing that will ever rid us of this type of crimminal. Same with sex offenders and pedophiles. Even the left's "specialist" will say there is no cure for pedophilia. They will tell you, if allowed back out in a free society, they WILL REPEAT! Especially the child molesters. They gotta go! Anything that abuses another for enjoyment and or sexual perversion does NOT deserve to live! Worst case is we are wrong and God grants them heaven and eternity!

He felt it was more worth his while to go after Ray Bunn, an Atlanta officer who shot a career criminal that tried to run him over with his car. It's well known in this area that Paul Howard was good friends with the dead perp's grandmama, so that's why he went after this officer, even after Atlanta Police cleared him, the GBI cleared him, and the FBI cleared him. It took Paul Howard over two years to find a paid "expert witness" who would say the cop was wrong. Two years!! He had to spend TWO YEARS looking for someone who would say exactly what they were paid to say. A judge saw through Paul Howard. The cop, Bunn, was exonerated.

Way to go, Paul Howard! Maybe if you spent more time pursuing actual criminals, this Trooper would still be alive today!

The sad truth is even when you win you lose.In the case you mentioned above..Yes Trooper LeCroy would still be alive today if Judges were actually responsible for their actions..This judge should also be accountable and be made to explain why he freed this criminal element with his rap sheet.
