O yes they are for big business meaning you as a little person will never get ahead just the big business. In MS that big business can fire you for any reason, just because today they dont like you, no matter how long you work for it. Both sides are for bringing in jobs and business, but i also want one to make sure the big business dont step on me and treat me like mess. I dont think that yours grand o party. May not be the other side either but at least Im not being mislead by either side.

Big business has a right to fire me for any or no reason if they want to ,it is their business.I also have a right to quit the job for any or no reason if I want to.If I owned a business I would want to be able to hire and fire who I wanted to.If big business steps on you,quit and go somewere else.Real simple isn't it.

if anyone would read your post they would know that either you are one of the millionaires with a business or just dont understand until it happens to you.
