This scumbag should just get the death penalty w/o a trial. That poor man's family with never see there loved one again and he did nothing wrong at all.

I am affiliated with the family of the man who was killed. The bastard who caused this better get manslaughter or murder for this. To have no respect at all for human life - that is completely unacceptable. WHY wasn't this man in jail? Now three young children do not have a father. There is no excuse for this negligence. This person is a depraved individual who had no right to take a life because of his reckless disregard for the law. This man should have been in jail, and this tragedy never should have happened!

Listen you are all talking bad about John and you are just going by what u see. Yes he was wrong for what he did but you do not know him so dont judge him. I do know him and he needs help. His family and friends have told him to get into a program so he could get the help that he needed. If he would of gotten the help he needed none of this would of happend. I feel really bad for the family that is suffering for what John did. He flipped out b/c he knew he was going back to jail. I knew a few weeks ago that he needed to turn himself in and I know for a fact taht his family was urging him to. Why he didnt I do not know but what I do know is he was delt a bad hand and he needs help. I know him and I know he feels bad about what happened.

No I am not kidding. Maybe if he would of turned himself in 2 weeks ago like he said he was gunna do then this would never of happened. It sucks that it did but nothing can be doneabout it now. The only thing that can be done is John can get the help that he needs b/c when he is not on the drugs he is a decent person who tries to help his family and friends out as much as he can.

Jackass I am not a dumb b*tch. But every1 is talking bad about John and its not right. The man needs help and has needed it for a while now. I have known him for a while now and my kids love him b/c he is a decent person. How do u explain to a 4 yr old why he can't c him anymore. When ever he was around my kids he was never on drugs. I know one of the main reasons why he went back on the drugs and I know why it got so bad but no one will ever find that out b/c John himself will not tell anyone either. Stop judging him you dont know him. He screwed up and did what he did but now here is the chance for him to get the help that he needs. He has been calling out for help b/c he couldnt do it on his own. Maybe if I would of called the cops 2 weeks ago when I found out he was wanted then maybe this would never of happened. But I stayed out of it and I chose not to call the cops when I seen him. Oh well sh*t happens.
