Can anyone tell me about Smiths Grove, what are the people like? Is it a safe place? Is it a friendly place? What should a newcomer know about your town?

it seems to be ok. i moved here alittle over a year ago. doesnt seem like there is a lot to do but...we are center between bowling green (WKU) and Glasgow. I seem to go to BG more often. There are restaurants, bars, movies, bowling etc... |

I've lived here all of my life. It's a nice small town to raise children. It's a short drive to Bowling Green for eating out, shopping, or going to a movie and about an hour to Nashville. I don't here about much crime. If you are looking for excitement this is NOT the place for you...they roll up the sidewalks by 8:00.

I moved here about 6 months ago and i love it. Really nice people and old fashioned ways.
