Two teens lead Phenix City police on 2-county car chase

An armed robbery and high-speed chase that started in Phenix City ended in Macon County, Ala ., with the arrest of two teens on Wednesday, police said.

I'm not surprised reading who the 17 year old involved in this story was at all. I've known him since elementary school and he was one of those kids you knew would end up in jail. His mom shouldn't be surprised either. She couldn't handle him and only made excuses for him.
