I could have sworn that supermarkets had to at least provide plastic one-time-use bag recycling bins too - but in any case, thats good news for Virginians, and hopefully everyone will take part in trading for those free reusable bags - there are alot of reusable bag options from insulated to fold 'n' snap for easy carrying - some can be found here: http://www.simplygreensolutions.com
