So I recently started dating a local woman here in the U.K.V area and things were going well. We talked to each other on the phone daily, texted, ect. and went out several times. When we became pretty comfortable the topic of sex came up, we hadn't had intercourse yet but were going to at the end of our last date, "I wanna f*&k the S#*t out of you she said and I did not have a problem with that! Before we left the resturant I asked a question which I had to ask. I was tactful, respectful and polite when I asked in a round about way if she had ever been exposed to an S.T.D.(I practice safe sex, don't want and std, or a kid). She became furious cussing me out at the dinner table and stormed out of the resturant, didn't speak to me the whole way home. When I dropped her off at her house she add a f*@k you and slammed the car door. A few days later she called me up to tell me what an a-hole I am and that we could have had a great relationship but before she hung up she said "and not that it's any of your f'n buisness but I had H.P.V. once but I'm fine now". None of my buisness??? Fine now??? WTF???!!! Yes it was a very personal question but I had to ask in order to protect myself.
H.P.V. does not go away and you can pass it along even if you contracted it 30 years ago, it doesn't leave your system. Guess I'm the asshole for trying to protect myself, sorry, I don't want warts on my junk!!!!!!! Are there any "clean" women around here??

If you have ever has sex PERIOD you have probably been exposed to HPV. A condom does not necessarily protect from it. Not everyone who has it has a break out. A compromised immune system can activate HPV. Also, a person doesn't even have to have sex to contract HPV. It is actually one of those tings that can be contracted through from the toilet seat, using someone else's towel, etc. MAYBE, just maybe, if you are a virgin and your partner is a virgin, you are exempt. This is an STD of epic proportions. All the statistics are on line. Good luck out there on finding a clean woman. PS, a person could think they are clean when they are not, because it doesn't always show up on pap test. and no you are not an asshole. It IS a legitimate question.

Even if it's common it's still his business and she overreacted.
You're SUPPOSED to talk about disease before you have sex. You're SUPPOSED to use protection and some type of birth control if you don't want a kid.
People in the valley apparently don't know these things exist.
