I just want the public to know how very pathetic the Franklin police are. The other night at about 2:00 A.M. As I pulled out of a driveway in a residential neiborhood, out of nowhere a cop pulls me over and gives me a ticket (hundred and some dollars) for not using a turn signal. He said that I must signal to traffic. I explained that at this hour and in this neighborhood there was no traffic. He didnt care and so he made his money. I am very careful to be a lawful citizen but they always seem to find a way to cause me trouble. Now the only way I can justify this without it affecting my pocketbook and without the city getting the advatage is to make some illegal money(which for me is very easy to do). I know that the black market has devistating effects on the economy but am I to suffer consequences for such an anis crime? I really dont think so. So in a sense, Franklin police basically just screwed theirselves.

A ticket for not signaling out of a driveway at 2:00 in the morning? Sounds pretty petty. Lets say that you legitimitly got a speeding ticket or ran a red light or something that is not insignificant would you be willing to pay the fine without cheating the system? I understand what you call "illegal money" and how it effects the economy. If you pay with this money you will do more damage than good in regards to what the system is designed for.

Well for the sake of being online, Im not going to pay with illegal money. I just figured that would be the justifiable way to resolve this. Think about it. It would not cost me a dime. It would not be taxed so the system would not get their money in that way. It also works toward damaging the economy moreso than the good that would come from the fine. I am a very fair man and yes I would and have paid fines that I justly recieved. I always believed that the system is unjust and made up by unjust people. This is just one way to for a person like me to equal out the justice. But as Ive said, I have no intention of doing anything illegal and will pay the fine for this anus crime with my hard earned taxed dollars!

No not me. Ive never had a reason to do something like that before, although after all the petty charges that the police have been making, if I was gonna do it now would be the time. This conversation is leading me into temptation. It would so easy to get over on the law. It would also free my conscience from the unjust system we have. But no, I will use my taxed dollars to pay the fine(LOL!!!). Maybe if they take my money than it will teach me to use my turn signal when I leave the driveway! If I could learn to do that then Id no longer be a criminal according to the Franklin police standards.

The other night I made a left hand turn on a yellow light and the cop pulled me over and said I ran a red light, yet he was stopped for the red light just as was the car next to him. Now don't get me wrong I probley should have stopped for the yellow light but I knew I hate time and made the turn. He gave me a fine of $25 yet it's the standard fine at lest $50 for a moving viloation? My uncle was a cop and he says that his ticket the cop gave me tell him that he had no idea why he pulled me over, and says I should fight it. I was just wondering when the cop turns his lights on does the video camara system come on right than, or just when he pulls me over? I am also wondering how could I obtain video from his car? Also theres a bank that has a camara next to the intersection, how would I go about getting the video from it?
