You know it may not be a scam so to say, but is it like Amway? Selling junk....how many people have tried that? Amway, SMC, and many others may not be a scam, but can you make it work? Testimonies from people that did wonderful can even be true for the first ones on the bandwagon. I'm sure the first ones involved with Amway or SMC did very well...what about now? I would forget it guys. I know times are tough, I'm there myself, but I refuse to be taken by BS like this!
i think that Amway is not a scam...i have family and friends who do it and they work hard at it and they are actually doing good...some are actually retired from it....i think that if you don't have motivation for something...like work for it....then don't complain...thank you

Got the book today. It's paperback. But several pages long. So far haven't found one that doesn't cost money to start. Most of them have phone numbers and website. Some only have address. Mailing to a few of the ones that only have address tomorrow. Next week going to try one of them with an email address and order and see how it goes. Will update as I go cause unlike some I am actually going threw with some of these to actually find out if it is a scam or not. Will gladly update when I found out more.

My boyfriend got ripped off by ordering this booklet from People's Lifestyle. He doesn't use the computer and ordered it without having me research it. I told him it was a scam. We looked over the booklet and I hoped I was wrong, I often am! Just a little bit of research showed that this time I was right. I really dread telling him he wasted his money.

PLEASE DON'T ORDER THIS BOOKLET! If it is too late for that, I would suggest you cut your losses and not send the "companies" listed in the booklet any money. Just consider it a lesson learned.

I found no positive feed back on any of the several companies I researched. Of the ones with websites, most did NOT have pics of the products to be assembled.

We too are on hard times, so this company keeps getting to rip people off because of the cost to take them to court. Also companies have wiggle room. People's Lifestyle says they will send you a book listing work at home companies, and they do.

Do NOT Order this book.I worked for this company for 2 months.Alot of the veteran workers who worked there laughed about how they convinced the people to buy the book. They would often go off script and make up lies saying you would be working right away, making hundreds of dollars a week or more. The only way you make money at this call center is if you sell books. All day long you have to meet a certain quota or your sent home.If you dont sell a certain amount consistently every week you get fired. This causes people to say whatever they can to get people to buy the book. Also, think about it,if making these products were so easy and payed so well why would those operators not be doing the same instead of sitting in a dingy(and its dingy)cramped call room at little desks in hard chairs with a manager that sits in the middle of the room that you have to constantly bring up each book sold to them so they can calculate if you will get to stay or not and make your measly 8.00 dollars an hour. Now dont get me wrong,if your willing to and have no morals or feelings and want to lie completely(the script has some truth)and tell people outrageous things like I heard some girls telling people than you can make alot of money on bonuses, but most people cant do that and they quit because they find out its a scam place they are working for and quit.Just for fun,try calling the place on different days,at different times and talk to different people, you will hear some on script and some offering the moon. Its a sad and dismal job and horrible company.Save your 50 dollars.

I honestly feel bad for all those who paid the money. YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER! Never agree to anything that you don't have your hands on. I called myself, the lady was nice and repeated the info for me at my request told me about the $50.90 deposit in order to get the directory(a book with the companies that you can work for),you will only get the deposit back if any of this companies will refuse doing business with you. Also, you have 60 days to contact the companies and get your money back if they say NO to you. I did not sign up b'se i needed more info that's why i am on this page and im shocked that people will make such a quick decision and give them the money. Do your research first. I checked a few other websites and all i found was disappointed people that payed the money and got stock with a book.I am wondering if any of these people contacted the companies and started work or they are just confused what to do with it?
